U.S. Shipments All orders are shipped using UPS and are fully insured in transit. Delivery time is usually five (5) business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse.

Personalized Items:
Badges, name bars, service award pins, and custom patches require additional production time. Refer to the item description for appropriate delivery times.
Split Shipments:
If your order consists of both stock and personalized items, it is likely that your order will arrive in more than one package.
Avoid Delays:
Most order processing delays are due to missing or illegible information. Have you specified color, size, personalization, and engraving where requested?
Returns and Exchanges:
We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee on every product except personalized items. Products returned within 10 days after receipt of order will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
