Once the artwork for your logo or design is submitted to TEES+PLUS and sent to our facility in Fall River, MA where the embroidery process begins. There our staff will take the image and digitize it, using state-of-the-art computer software. The software used enables us to better expedite the approval process. We will quickly email your company a JPEG image of the logo or design, showing how it will look on the fabric of your choice. By utilizing this state-of-the-art software, TEES+PLUS is able to offer you much quicker turnarounds on your garments or hats than most embroidery companies. An actual swatch with your logo embroidered on it is available for the approval process at the customer's request.
Once Approved
After the customer has approved the embroidered logo or design through either the JPEG or actual swatch of material, the image is programmed into our state-of-the-art embroidery stitching machines. Our 12 head machines, with up to 9 colors, can process 12 embroidered shirts at a time. Our team at the Fall River facility can produce 36 embroidered shirts in one hour. Each project is overseen by a dedicated and professional staff member so that no mistakes are made to any of the garments or hats while the embroidery process is being performed.Quality
TEES+PLUS assures quality products by using the proper materials for embroidering. While many of our competitors use "tear-away" stabilizers on garments such as polo shirts and blankets, TEES+PLUS uses "cut-away" stabilizers, which are thicker and more durable.
