Graphic fusion is a great alternative to screen printing and embroidery when uniqueness, impact and durability are the goals.

Graphic Fusion is a process of fusing appliqué material to a garment with radio frequency energy. The process involves tooling a die that is used to fuse the material in the shape of the design and cutting the edge to remove excess material.

The appliqué vinyl liquefies around the fibers of the material to which it is applied. It is very durable and can be applied to a wide variety of materials.

Many different vinyl materials can be used to achieve a look that cannot be created with any other process. Vinyl materials are available that look and feel like flock, neoprene, patent leather, metallics, sport balls and so much more. Foam can be added underneath the design to enhance the 3-D look and feel.
